Bisk Names Srini Medi to Chief Legal Officer

TAMPA, Fla., February 11, 2019 / — Bisk Education, Inc. (Bisk), a global leader in digital learning, announced the promotion of Srini Medi from General Counsel to Chief Legal Officer, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Mike Bisk.

Prior to joining Bisk, Srini spent nearly eight years as a senior member of the legal team at Kaplan, Inc., a global provider of education. While at Kaplan, Srini was the Associate General Counsel responsible for enterprise-wide commercial transactions and, at various times, lead attorney for Kaplan University and Kaplan Professional. Prior to that, Srini had spent time at various law firms advising clients in the areas of technology and intellectual property and in corporate and securities. Srini has spent his legal career building legal teams and finding practical answers to deal with difficult legal issues.

He has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, a Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston.
